Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are 7-21 business days depending on your location. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.

Address Verification All orders are shipped to the billing address provided at checkout unless otherwise specified. We use Address Verification System (AVS) to confirm the billing address matches the cardholder's address on file. Orders with mismatched addresses may be cancelled for fraud prevention.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you and can be viewed in your order confirmation. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their shipment.

Delivery Confirmation Once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, the order is considered complete and fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages after successful delivery.
